I am a SAHM to 2 boys (age 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 yrs old. I am from England (hence the name) and came to live in the USA in feburary 2005. I worked as an architect before i had my first son, and now I have found passion in baking and decorating cakes from scratch. I am fairly new to all this and wanted to share my experiences with you.
All my cakes and frosting are made from scratch using unbleached flours, free range eggs, best quality unsalted butter, the best vanilla extracts, and natural flavoured oils, chocolates and cocoa powders.
